ABOUT US
Konah Williams
Founder & Principal, Hanok Media LLC
Konah is an Emmy Award-winning communications strategist, creative producer and founder of Hanok Media, a studio dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations share stories that inspire action. With a background in journalism and over a decade of experience in media, marketing and community engagement, Konah brings both strategic insight and creative leadership to every project.
She has led campaigns and produced content for nonprofits, public agencies and advocacy groups across Indiana and beyond, helping them clarify their message, connect with key audiences and drive measurable impact. Her work spans video production, strategic communications, and media relations.
Konah currently serves on the board of the Indianapolis Association of Black Journalists and the St. Joseph Historic Neighborhood Association. She is a graduate of the LEAD Indianapolis civic leadership program and an alumna of the Indianapolis Urban League Exchange Fellowship, where she deepened her commitment to equity, leadership and service.
Konah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Communications from Purdue University and began her career in broadcast journalism before transitioning to agency and consulting work. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, discovering new neighborhoods, and volunteering with organizations that support youth and mental health. She is also a longtime Yelp Elite member, a passionate storyteller and an unapologetic champion for the city of Indianapolis.
